Nick was named General Manager in 2001 in which capacity he oversees the entire Canadian business and management team. He is committed to growing Outfront Media’s success in Canada with excellent customer service, innovative solutions to client needs, operational excellence and community support. Prior to being named General Manager, Nick held various positions within the company, in both sales and operations. He is currently a Director of both the Canadian Outdoor Measurement Bureau (COMB) and the Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada (OMAC). A graduate of Bishop’s University, Nick has a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
Nadine is responsible for the financial management of the company. She started her career in Accounting with Ernst Young as a staff accountant from 1987 to 1989 and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 1989. She has been with Outfront Media for over 20 years. Her combined financial acumen, knowledge of our business and attention to detail are essential to our success and a key aspect of our ability to deliver superior customer service. She attended Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree.
Rob has been with Outfront Media for 25 years, and is responsible for the management of Outfront Media’s national sales program. Throughout his career, Rob has built a proven track record of success on both the national and local level. As National Sales Manager, he oversees a large staff of Account Managers, responsible for Toronto agency business. After graduating from the Advertising/Marketing course at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Rob began his career on the advertising agency side of the business, where he worked in media for 13 years.
Tim has worked with Outfront Media since 1979 and has held a number of positions throughout those years including bill poster, chartist, and a number of management positions. He was appointed Director of Operations for all of Canada in 2003. Tim is responsible for the timely and safe installation, maintenance and removal of all Outfront Media products from coast to coast. His extensive product knowledge and familiarity with the Canadian Outdoor industry are without equal and he is an integral part of the Outfront Media team.
Darcy’s primary responsibility at Outfront Media is the successful management of Outfront Media’s Transit Shelter/Street Furniture Advertising contracts. This includes program implementation, project management and extensive liaison with municipal management, operations and transit staff, as well as members of Municipal Council. Darcy has over 25 years of senior level experience in the Out-of-Home advertising industry, with emphasis on municipal contracts. Darcy has a Transportation Planning diploma from Sheridan College, and a Business and Marketing diploma from Fanshawe College.
Michele leads the Canadian marketing team which includes: marketing, research, creative, mapping and inventory management. She joined Outfront Media in April of 2005, after almost 20 years in media and marketing research. She is a member of the Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau’s (COMB) Research Committee and serves on their Board of Directors. Through her career, she has served on both the Print Measurement Bureau (PMB) and Bureau of Broadcast Measurement (BBM) research committees, and the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association’s (MRIA) Qualitative Research Board.
Esther is responsible for the management of Outfront Media’s greatest asset: its people. After graduating from Business Administration and Human Resources Management Certificate programs at Ryerson, Esther began her career in Human Resources at Outfront Media. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) receiving her CHRP designation in 2000. As the Human Resources Director, Esther guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs, for all of Canada. She is also the Privacy Officer for Outfront Media Canada. She has been with Outfront Media for over 25 years.
Laurie's position as Director of Production encompasses sales, operations and the sourcing and implementation of production resources for Outfront Media. She is responsible for the production sales and service representatives as well as the production operations facility, which houses multiple types of large format printing equipment. Laurie's tenure at Outfront Media has provided her with comprehensive perspective of production’s role in Outdoor, having worked in media, client services, marketing and production departments since 1978.
Milvi directs the internal IT activities for the Canadian operations. She leads a team of software developers and is ultimately responsible for hardware procurement, security and software acquisition and support for a fully integrated systems environment which supports all business processes. In addition to IT, she has a strong background in finance: her career with Outfront Media initially began as an accountant, and later as a regional Controller, before stepping into her role with Information Technology. She has been with Outfront Media for over 35 years.
Stephen is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s real estate assets, and associated obligations to landlords. He works closely with the company’s nation-wide network of real estate managers and representatives, and is particularly interested in the development of municipal By-laws and regulations. Stephen began his career with Outfront Media Canada over 25 years ago. After attending Dalhousie University, he began his Real Estate career in our Halifax office, later moving to Head office in Toronto.
