Quebec City commuters save lives!
2011.002 | June 2011

Earlier this year, the Agence de la Santé et des Services Sociaux de la Capitale Nationale (Agency of Health and Social Services in Quebec) gave Quebec City commuters a chance to save a life while waiting for the bus.  Interactive Transit Shelters portraying a man on a stretcher were posted in key locations in Quebec City.  Above the image, a digital screen displayed his vital statistics – and commuters were encouraged to save his life by giving "compressions" on heat-sensitive handprints on his chest.

This innovative public service campaign was developed to raise interest in pursuing a career in the Public Health sector.  "Sauve des Vies" ("Save Lives") was short-listed for a 2011 Cannes Lion in the Outdoor - Public Awareness Messages category.

Congratulations to lg2 Quebec for this ingenious creative and their international recognition!  Installation was managed by OUTFRONT Média Operations in Quebec City, in collaboration with the OUTFRONT Média Montreal Sales team.
